Warning Magsafe charging will fail!

Magsafe charging for iPhone 12 Pro Max no longer works. As reported by other media outlets this is a known issue. Please be aware that until this is fixed stay away from this product. A competitor had a similar problem and was able to issue a firmware update, this may not be possible with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your review is noted! Our Engineering team is aware on this issue, and currently gathering data. We can isolate the setback by power cycling the charger to regain functionality of the phone charging portion. It is recommended to unplug the AC adapter from the charger for at least 30 seconds up to 1 minute and then plug back in. This will allow it to reboot and charging functionality should be restored for the phone.
