Small but mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from the Watch to the Ring due to its size and the fact that it's still able to track all the metrics I need. I can just wear it and forget it while it tracks my health data. I look forward to waking up in the morning and taking a quick look at my Energy score powered by the Samsung AI to see what I should focus on. I hope samsung keeps innovating the ring with more features.

Sleep tracking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this ring so I wouldn't have to wear my watch while I sleep (i wear watch once a week to bed to measure AGE) and so far it seems to be accurate I don't even have to think about it. It also constantly measuring my heart rate so I can have more accurate readings than just my watch.
All this to say I'm just a regular blue collared worker and not an athlete but this ring gives me a good feeling.of monitoring my body the galaxy AI features working in tandem with other measurements gives me a energy score. At first I wasn't a fan of an energy score because I can tell with my own body but I find it fairly accurate which in itself is it's own mental booster. I'm very eager to see what more the ring will be able to do

Great addition to my health tracking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting a Galaxy ring since I heard about it and now that I have one I absolutely love the additional fidelity I'm getting in my health tracking.
I use it along with Galaxy AI to track and develop a more robust health tracking experience than just my Galaxy fold 5 or Galaxy watch alone.
