Despite ordering a size 9, this ring is actually smaller. I would love have a size 10 for this but was told it cannot be exchanged.

Motivation for better sleep and less stress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I comes to sleep it helps me stay accountable with my sleep because I want to get a good energy score in the morning. Having a good energy score has been aligned with how I feel thought the day and I strive to get a good score for better days. The stress level indicator is a good way to pinpoint specific events throughout the day that made my stress go up or down. I am more aware of what triggers my stress levels and it helps me monitor and correct the way I have reacted to things. Not only that but there's a plus because it tracks my steps without my watch being present if I happen to forget my watch at home.

It’s sleek, minimal, and doesn’t scream “tech,” which is exactly what I want in a wearable. Made from titanium, it feels premium but light, and I barely notice it on my finger throughout the day.
What makes this ring special is how seamlessly it fits into my daily routine. It tracks my sleep, heart rate, and even skin temperature, then gives me an “Energy Score” each morning. It’s surprisingly helpful—especially when Galaxy AI explains what the numbers actually mean and offers advice to improve.
One of my favorite features? The double-pinch gesture. I can snap a photo or dismiss an alarm without touching my phone. It’s subtle and just works. And if I ever misplace the ring, there's a “Find My Ring” feature that lights it up—super handy.
Battery life is solid—about six to seven days on a single charge—and the charging case is compact and easy to carry. It’s not trying to replace a smartwatch, but that’s kind of the point. It’s discreet and focused on health, which I appreciate.

Battery wears out fast inaccurate steps

My size 8 ring is 5 months old, February - July the battery lasts 4 days. It is constantly counting steps while I am sitting on the couch texting and channel surfing too not impressed especially with the battery wearing out so quickly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Combined with a full cradle charge, you can use Galaxy Ring for up to 14 days without plugging into an outlet. Hand movements like typing or playing musical instruments may produce an inaccurate step count with the Galaxy Ring. An improper fit can also affect accuracy. Your Galaxy Ring needs to be snug but not too tight, and the sensors should be properly positioned on the palm side of the hand.

Great device, not enough features at price point

Galaxy AI has been useful in giving insight into my health metrics. I only wish that this device had more features for the cost. That is the reason for 4/5 stars

Does not review sleep accurately which is incredibly frustrating - has me sleeping as i do my morning two mile walk but also records the activity- how is that even possible? Very dissapointed, no ability to even adjust the sleep session

Battery life is an issue over time.

I would have previously did that I absolutely LOVE my Samsung Galaxy ring. But now, 8 months after purchasing I'm now having to charge it every 24 - 36 hrs. The biggest selling point was the long battery life. That way I wouldn't have to sleep in my watch. If the battery issue can be fixed I'll be a happy girl once again!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The battery life of the Galaxy Ring can last for up to 7 days of consecutive use on a full charge. When you are not using the Ring, it is recommended to store it in the charging case. You can fully charge the Ring in about 90 minutes using the charging case. However, when charging for the first time or when the battery is completely drained, it may take at least ten minutes for the Ring to begin working. Actual battery life, charging time, and usage time may vary depending on the Ring’s size, the network environment, personal usage patterns, amount of calls and messages, charging frequency, and other factors. A very good investment!

It helps me keep track of my health by monitoring and keeping track of my sleep hours, my heart rate, Galaxy AI, and even my steps walked for the day. I also have the Galaxy watch but don't tend to use it as much simply because I don't charge it but the galaxy ring does just as much as the watch and is more convenient to wear all the time, it also had long battery life. The ONLY reason I'm rating a 4/5 stars and not 5/5 is because I use the galaxy ring mainly to keep track of my sleep, unfortunately because I work night shifts, I can't use the sleeping coach. The galaxy watch still tracks my sleep for me but it would be cool if I could use the sleeping coach as well, even with my irregular sleep schedule. I hope someone from team samsung sees this and gives nightshifters a chance to be able to use sleeping coach as well. Aside from that, the galaxy ring is everything I wanted and an overall amazing investment!
