This seems to trackovemennt well. I get a lot of steps in a day and it seems to keep track well. I don't work out, I'm just active so I can't report on the workout tracking. I think the sleep tracking is accurate. The ring is lightweight and comfortable. I wear it working construction and it shows no scratches or wear yet, with almost 3 weeks of use.
I live the sleep feature! Happy that I can go without my watch o ce in a while and still get step count. The design is comfortable, wearing on my index finger.
Didnt realize that a Galaxy watch turns off the ring. Assumption is watch is already moitoring, so ring only active when not wearing watch. Couldnt see a reason to pay for ring, so returned it.

Aloha Brian, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Your feedback allows us to continue to strive in providing the best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers. When you're using the Galaxy Ring with a Galaxy Watch, the watch acts as the primary device. This conserves the Galaxy Ring's battery by temporarily disabling some features like heart rate and sleep tracking, while still allowing continuous health data collection and syncing to the Samsung Health app. When combined with our Galaxy Watch, you can track your overall health throughout the day or week from both devices! You can then view your results in the Samsung Health app on your connected phone. If you would like further assistance or if you would like to share additional feedback with us, feel free to reach out to Samsung Support at your leisure. Thank you for being a devoted Samsung customer. - Debra

Ring itself (compared to the Oura which my wife has), it's perfect. Where it has a lot of room to grow it's on the app itself. The wearable app and the health app from Samsung it's not smooth at all. For the night data to get synced, you got to open first the health app and then go to the wereable app so that it can be recorded. Also, the data, even though it is priceless, the way the app presents it is not engaging at all. I don't really want to spend time in the app looking through the data. Compared to the Oura app design Samsung has a lot of opportunities. Thanks for all the hard work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better than the Oura Ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded my Oura Ring for the Samsung ring and I am so happy with my decision. It is so much more comfortable. I forget I have it on sometimes where the Oura Ring was so large.
I love how it works with the watch so if I don't have my watch on the ring takes over monitoring my health and sleep and vice versa. I have 24/7 tracking using the 2, even when charging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my ring. I can wear it all day long , without any issues. I can see my health track in the phone app. This helps me know my oxygen , cycle and sleep patterns. It's definitely an accessory that is here to stay.

The one ring to rule them all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Galaxy Ring for a few weeks now, and it's an impressive addition to Samsung’s health tech lineup. The design is sleek and minimal, and the titanium finish feels both lightweight and durable. I wear it daily, including while sleeping and working out, and it’s surprisingly comfortable. The included sizing kit helped me find the perfect fit.
The health tracking features are excellent. Sleep insights are especially detailed, with sleep stages and a helpful sleep score each morning. Heart rate monitoring is accurate and runs automatically throughout the day, and the skin temperature and activity tracking work reliably in the background. While it doesn’t have GPS, it does well for general wellness tracking.
Battery life is a major plus—I get almost a full week per charge, and the case holds an extra charge too. The Galaxy Health app integration is smooth, and the daily Energy Score offers a quick look at how I’m doing. However, some advanced features only work with Galaxy phones, which is worth noting.
Overall, the Galaxy Ring is a stylish, discreet way to stay on top of my health. It’s not cheap, but it delivers on what it promises—and does so without a subscription fee, which adds long-term value. If you're already in the Samsung ecosystem, this is a strong wearable option.
