The size isn't a true ring measurement. You should recommend people to order at least a half size up, if not a full size. The 8 day battery life only holds true for the first charge. After 4 weeks, the battery life is about 5 days, and will continue to decrease over time. The data collection is pretty cool. I wish I would've been told what the red flashing light during my sleep meant. Red usually indicates something bad, so pretty nerve racking when I first saw it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart ring is not just stylish—it’s become an essential part of my daily life! Ever since I got it, I’ve hardly taken it off. I wear it while swimming, working in the yard, and even on the job. It’s been a game-changer for tracking my health, revealing insights I never knew before. After a medical procedure, I’ve been closely monitoring my sleep, oxygen levels, temperature, heart rate, and so much more. Plus, it syncs effortlessly with my Galaxy phone and watch, making the whole experience seamless. If you’re thinking about trying one, I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great battery life.. it last like 3 days before charging again. Paired with the watch it's amazing at keeping records of ur health and sleep patterns. U can also set it to how frequent u want it to read ur heart rate.. for people who has irregular heart rhythm or just over all health really, this is an awesome must have. It's not very flashy either. Pretty durable with constant washing hands and showering or even the pool or sauna, u don't have to worry about it breaking.
Daily sleeping tracking is not accurate. Difficult to detect the snoring data.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The battery life is amazing. The fast charging of the ring - its amazing. Really appreciate the auto tracking that kicks in after movement and when the Galaxy 7 watch is not being worn is perfect harmony between devices.
Basic as of now hopefully updates will fix that. I had to go up 2 sizes from my wedding ring. Color starting to fade.

In went back and forth about the ring and if I wanted to buy it or not. I have many of the samsung devices so for be it would be just past of the ecosystem. After back and forth I decided to get it in gold, when I first saw it I was impressed by how pretty it looked in person. I have my wedding band and I gave into the watch just because I was planning on getting a titanium ring to preserve my real wedding band. Story short I bought the ring just for the built and look (similar to a titanium nonsmart ring) and did not have big expectations. Yet I was wrong and it actually is a grwst piece of tech. I will take a star off because other ring companies have better tracking features like the Ultra ring, yet it's not IMO a deal breaker since that ring is rather inaccurate according to some.
