I pre-order since it went live. Just arrived have been wearing the sizing kit, size 11. Very light and confortable. Very happy with it. I used to wear the WHOOP 4.0, still was uncomfortable to sleep with at night. NOT any more! Overall very satisfied specially witn no Subscription is a huge plus!

Yes, I took off three stars for it not collected my skin temp for my period prediction data. I used to wear a watch so I made sure I told the app to look at my ring data instead. When that didn't work, I ensured the watch was completely off. Then, I completely disconnected from my account. Still no skin temperature data in the period prediction. It is taking my skin temp overnight for sleep, as you can see by the pictures I've added. The period predictions and such were the main reason I wear this tech. I'll return the stars when they fix that.
Otherwise good piece of tech that's comfortable to wear. I did buy the sizing kit prior.

By monitoring your skin temperature while you sleep, your Ring can track and predict your menstrual cycle. It is important to note that predicted ovulation dates are for personal reference only and may differ from actual dates. Please refrain from using the data for medical purposes such as symptoms, treatment, or prevention. Additionally, the tracking feature is not intended for pregnancy planning or contraception purposes. Be sure to make sure you've allowed your ring to track your temp for ovulation. Tap Health settings on Galaxy Wearable app > Tap Predict period with skin temp. Set your last period’s start and end date > Tap Next. Set cycle length > Tap Done. Agree to the disclaimer > Turn Predict period with skin temp switch On. If you are still experiencing the temperature not tracking for ovulation, please check out the link attached to submit an error report regarding this. Awful sleep tracking

Great for counting step, awful for sleep tracking and heart rate. The result is an insanely expensive step counter.
Sleep data always has an hour two gap with NO DATA at all, and this gap means your sleep times totals are inaccurate, which also affects your sleep and energy scores. Then, the sad yellow bouncy piece of toast appears to shame you for something that the ring and watch failed to do. I'm moving on to another brand of ring and watch. Samsung should be ashamed to even offer these devices at all.

Not worth the money! Would not recommend!

Battery life will not last longer then 6 months. After that ring will die half way through my sleep cycle of 8hrs even though I fully charged it the moment I decided to close my eyes.... it's such a waste of money I wouldn't recommend to anyone! I got it as a Christmas gift and I really regret it now...... 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 I was also depending on using it to track my menstrual cycle and ovulation to try to get pregnant and now I will clearly not be using it and not helpful at all. Worse product ever.!!!

Ring looks cheap and looks wider in the pic than actual. I would say this thing is pretty inaccurate. I've sat in a chair and read my kindle and it marks me down as taking a nap. Same with watching a movie. The sleep tracking is way off. I'm a slow, shallow breather and it thinks I fell asleep in a minute, when I've actually laid there for 30 or more mins. Oh, and it doesn't think mowing the lawn is an activity. So, take the reading with a grain of salt. Maybe your experience will be better.

I am honestly so happy I bought this because it found so many problems I thought were just "normal" like being tired always turns out I like start choking in my sleep as well as wake up a LOT, also got heart rate spikes and blood oxygen dips which if you're curious are red flags for sleep apnea which both my parents had. Also it's really helpful for monitoring stress and heart rate alerts if you're ever getting too high, incredibly convenient too because you have to take it off only like once a week to charge and won't forget it like a watch. The ring also takes a lot more of a beating than a watch ever could, I've dropped it thrown it scraped it punched with it on it really only has paint damage and still remains incredibly water proof, still shower with it every day and still sleep with it every day (I sleep on the ring typically which cracked my last watch)
