Love the gold ring!

It's sleek. It's a great "wear it and forget it". I love the sleep tracking function on it! I dont wear my watch at night or around the house too much so its a great alternative.
It's not 5 stars because I wish it would "talk" more with my watch. Like I am able to assign certain tasks for it to do when I am wearing my watch. For example, my ring could measure my heart rate for resting or occasinal stress levels when I am awake. Rather than my watch do all those and the ring is kind of pointless to wear during the day because it does no tasks in the day.
Overall besides this specific thing I love it. Worth the investment.
The surface is easily scratched. As a step counter it is far from accurate unless your hand swings freely with every step. So if you're carrying anything or pushing a stroller those steps aren't counted. I question the insights especially those connected to activity and sleep levels. I'd rather return it at this point as I feel I wasted my money.

Don't buy until they fix Battery/Design issue

Started having the dreaded battery issues of lasting 1-2 day at 14 months, warranty is 12 months. At 15 months it won't stay connected to phone and won't hold a charge. Don't see it under my Samsung Care + with my VIP advantage, looks like all older devices were removed when VIP advantage renewed.

Terrible - stay away

This ring is very shoddy. Its barely over 1 year old and now the battery is unreliable - it will show 50% charge at noon and die before the next morning without any warning or notification on my phone. I tried to get it repaired but they gave me no instructions on sending the cradle with it, after I finally got it back I tried to do a new repair to send it with the cradle but they had invalidated my warranty. Barely 1 year old and worthless. I also had a lot of trouble ordering in the first place and had to settle on a different color because after 3 weeks they did not have any in the color I wanted.

Reduced battery life

I purchased this ring and had it for a year. The battery life have reduced dramatically and now I have to charge it everyday. It use to last about a week. I took care of it too, no physical damage. Now I have to hope I can send it back still under warranty that runs out in another week. I was really enjoying it until I started having issues. Also a quick google search and it seems like this is becoming a common issue. If it was not for the battery degradation, it would be an awesome product. It was lightweight, comfort, charged fast, and I didn't have to wear my watch all the time.

Horrendous Battery for the cost

The ring is cool and all, and worked great for 10 months. Then it was like hitting a wall. The battery went from lasting 4-5 days, to lasting about 20 hours on a full charge if I'm lucky. For that much money, I feel ripped off. For example, yesterday I fully charged my ring and put it on around 12pm, and it died at 4:19 AM.
