I've been using it for about three weeks now. It is a little chunky compared to a normal ring, so it is taking me some time to get used to it, but it isn't uncomfortable. It tracks my sleep very well (it even records your snores), stress level and "energy" (this is just a score based on your activities level, sleep quality, pulse, etc.).
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy AI Ring is just breath taking, considering I'm disabled from boot camp, and I can keep it with me for safety while looking fashionable at the same time! My favorite part altogether is that I get to use it to control my TV by connecting it to the Roku app on my TV! Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the ring Avery day and the features it adds to my health app are very good first ring I owned had a battery issue but it was fixed or (changed) thru samsung.com and now the battery life is really good overall product is helpful with keeping track of your sleep and stress level often
