[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my ring. I like if my watch is dead and needs to be charged, I can wear my 4ing to bed abd it records my sleep. Don't have to worry about sleep being recorded as long as I have my ring on.
Great colors and the sizing is spot on.

I've been positively impressed with the ring so far. I do acknowledge it is effective for folks that are part of the Samsung ecosystem, which is the largest downside to me. Nevertheless, the lack of a subscription fee is great, the AI Insights somehow always guess when I've had some drinks, and the recommendations for increasing my energy score tend to be helpful. Meditation part is still in Beta but I'd love for some functionality for pairing with Headspace instead of Calm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped charging after 6 weeks.

Worked great and tracked many health statistics that I needed while it worked. The ring stopped charging after 6 weeks and now I have to see if it can be fixed or move on to another product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
