If you’re into tracking your health but don’t want to wear a smartwatch, this is the perfect fit. It’s super lightweight, comfortable, and looks great on your finger—whether you’re at the gym or just going about your day.
One of the best things about the Galaxy Ring is how it helps you keep track of your health with Galaxy AI powered insights. It monitors things like sleep, activity, and cycle tracking, and all the data is easy to access through the Samsung Health app. If you already have a Galaxy Z Fold 7, the Ring syncs perfectly with it, so you can see all your health stats in one place.
Another cool feature is the auto-workout detection. You don’t have to manually start or stop anything when you’re working out. The Ring just knows when you're active and tracks it for you. Plus, it has this unique Double Pinch gesture that lets you control your phone’s camera or dismiss alarms without even touching your phone.
Battery life is solid. It lasts for a few days on a single charge, which is great since you won’t have to constantly worry about plugging it in. It doesn’t have wireless charging, but the long battery life more than makes up for it.

I wear this ring all the time (except when I lift weights) and I love it. The main reason I love it, though, is the sleep tracking. Being able to remove my watch and still track my entire sleep is incredible.

Not only does it have a super long life to accurately track my health for a really long time but it's super stylish and comfortable. Then if you throw in the ai capabilities this tiny thing possesses it's gotta be the best in the market by far. Congrats to Samsung for this must have addition.

After 6 months of use, my original Samsung Galaxy Ring stopped holding a battery charge. I got this one as a replacement; hopefully, this ring's battery will last longer. I went from a silver ring to a black ring; the black paint has already chipped in one spot. Overall, I like the features of the ring in conjunction with the Samsung Health app, but I do not like the issues I've had for such an expensive ring.

The ring is great except when it goes beyond sever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my samsung ring for almost nine months, and I was pleased when I first got it until his stopped. Connecting to my phone and I had to reset it several times I had to send it back to get it fixed and they sent me a brand new ring.
But every now and then, I still have to reconnect my ring to my phone for some reason, that's my only problem
