The sleeping algorithm is amazingly accurate. I don't find the comments about battery life to be helpful at all - with a rechargeable charging case it is super simple to pop the ring for charging while driving (when you're not active anyway), while you're in the gym (if you're weight lifting and shouldn't be wearing your ring anyway), or at other times. People run the ring down to less than 25% and then wonder why the battery doesn't maintain a charge - that's just not how Li-ion batteries work. If you do that to your phone you'll see the capacity drop as well. On the minus side, I don't find the nighttime blood ox number to be believable. Its lower than actual sleep study numbers I've received previously. Not being able to wear the ring during weight lifting means I have to rely on my Polar strap still, which isn't a problem. Best part is I can wear my mechanical watches and still get activity data, sleeping data, etc. without having to wear a smart watch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like that this ring really helps with improving sleep. It also monitors heart rate, breathing and stress.
The only improvement i would make to this technology, is for it to monitor blood pressure and blood sugar values.
All in all, it a very good looking piece of jewelry and does what it's supposed to do.
I will say, I got used to wearing it so fast, the alert alert has to remind when to charge it! Lol The last time, was 2 days ago, so I didn't pay attention to how long charge lasted - 😅
I would definitely recommend even if you're only half a health nut!

I don't always want to sleep with my watch on, but I still want to track my sleep or workouts. I have thoroughly enjoyed the AI sleep tracker. It has helped me understand my good and bad habits when it comes to sleep.
