Love the sleep tracking and energy score

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring offers great features and allows for step tracking even without the watch being on the wrist. the combination of the watch and ring work synergistically to provide even better health metrics with the use of AI. The battery life is also prolonged when using both devices. I can't wait till the rings become smaller and less prone to scratches.

Ok, Does not do nearly as much as they make it seem. It does not control phone that well. Also, no half sizes, so either to small or to big

Surprisingly Smart for something so small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wearing the Galaxy Ring for a couple of weeks now, and honestly, I forget it’s even on. It’s super light, comfortable, and actually looks like a normal piece of jewelry. No screen, no distractions—just quiet health tracking in the background.
What I really like is the sleep tracking. I wake up and get a full breakdown of how I slept, plus a daily “readiness” score based on heart rate, movement, and more. It syncs easily with my Samsung phone, and the battery lasts about 6–7 days, which is great.
I’ve noticed step tracking can be a little off compared to my smartwatch, and it doesn’t do much for workouts unless you’re using a watch or phone too. But for sleep, recovery, and daily health check-ins, it’s been a great addition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently added the galaxy ring to my collection of tech. I was looking for way to track my sleep. I used the watch 7 however I find the battery needs to be charged as soon a I wake to have battery for the day. The ring is the perfect solution for this as it's battery last as 6 days without charging and it's comfortable enough to wear all day and all night I love it.

Needs more functions to control phonw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's stylish but not very useful. Besides the health stuff, it can shut off alarms and snap photos with two pinches, but that's it. Can we slide and rub the ring to scroll, or change/stop music?? Just some suggestions. Just needs more functionality

Greatly good function

Heart rate is helpful, pairs well with the watch for exercising. Highly recommended. Will be nice to see how they integrate Galaxy AI into it.

Multi-functional, attractive, and unobtrusive!

The fire is perfect, and the black finish looks very handsome. I love the synchronicity between my ring, watch, and phone, with Samsung Health and Galaxy AI tracking all my statistics and offering tailored insights to further optimize my workouts and overall health and fitness. And, as icing on the cake, I no longer have to pay a subscription to access all these services! Thank you Samsung!
