Help with sleep and steps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my galaxy ring as it gives me correct analysis on my sleep, steps and advices when I feel stressed. The insights are very powerful as it used Galaxy AI to produce some. Love the wear and its not heavy at all. Sometimes don't even know if I am wearing a ring.

Galaxy Ring is ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Galaxy Ring to augment my Watch Ultra for health monitoring and fitness tracking. All in all it serves its purpose, though the sizing options tend to cause challenges because, as is typical, my fingers swell and shrink depending on temperature, hydration, and similar (they only offer whole sizes). It tends to be less comfortable than other rings because of the protruding sensors on the inside (extending into the finger from the inside surface of the ring itself). As well, I've found that it doesn't consistently pick up the gesture control movements (answering phone calls, hanging up, and similar). That could simply be how I have settings configured, so may not be an issue with the ring itself.
The general tracking, which leverages Galaxy AI, seems to work well. I do have concerns that it may cause double-counting of steps, but can't confirm that. It does effectively use the other Galaxy AI features and sends appropriate data over to the Samsung Health app.
Overall, it's a nice device to have. I look forward to seeing the capabilities that are introduced as the ring wearable concept continues to evolve.

I've had this ring for awhile now and I am really happy with this ring. It monitors my sleep and it's done a great job. It was an easy setup and ready to wear. I hardly notice that I have it on throughout the day. I can lift weights, and do my job without worrying if I will lose it or break it. I would definitely recommend this ring to anyone.
