[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was intrigued by the idea of a smart ring, and the Samsung Galaxy Ring has genuinely surprised me. I'm not a huge fan of wearing a watch all the time, especially when I sleep, so this ring has been a perfect fit for tracking my health without feeling like I'm wearing a gadget.
It's super lightweight and comfortable – I often forget I'm even wearing it. But behind the scenes, it's doing a lot. I mainly use it for sleep tracking, and it gives me some really interesting insights into how well I'm resting. It helps me understand my "energy score" for the day, which is a neat little guide for how to approach my activities.
I also like that it tracks my heart rate and activity throughout the day. It's not meant to replace a serious fitness tracker for intense workouts, but for getting a general sense of my daily movement and recovery, it's excellent. The battery life is also impressive; I can go several days without charging it, which is incredibly convenient. It’s a subtle but powerful way to keep an eye on my well-being, and for that, it's an excellent product.

I love using it for sleep tracking because I dont love sleeping with the watch on. The temperature measurement is great to track my menstrual cycle and it holds its battery longer than I expected. The battery does last a little shorter now than when I first got it but it charges super fast.

The battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although no Galaxy AI, I enjoy the long battery life. I started Monday and it is Tuesday the following week and it is only at 13% battery left. The ability for the ring to connect any of the watches and take over some of the health functions over, which extend the watches battery is awesome.
