[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy it, it keeps track of my steps and helps me take photos because the bluetooth on the s pen is no longer available for galaxy ultra 25. It's better than the watch. Because the watch at night, when I sleep turns on in full brightness, when the ring stays at low brightness with the green radar i can sleep with the ring. I can't sleep with the watch on so it helps me keep track of my sleep.

You can wear your Galaxy Ring while you sleep to measure your heart rate, blood oxygen, skin
temperature, and related patterns. The Ring can measure changes in your skin temperature while you sleep to help you make a more optimal sleeping environment. To enable this feature: 1.
