Love the ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seamless app integration with my Samsung S25 Ultra. Wear it everyday. Battery life does shorten a bit over time but lasts about a week. Really use it to track sleep.
The ring is a bit thick so you can't really play sports with it unfortunately in my experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Oura and it was just uncomfortable enough on my finger.
The Samsung Ring is so much better, I hardly notice it, and I'm not constantly fidgeting with it to keep the sensors aligned. I love the "Seamless Actions Across Apps"
My favorite thing is gamifying my health routine by giving myself actual metrics to measure.
I also really enjoy using gestures to take pictures remotely. I tried stopping my alarm this morning with my ring but it didn't work. It was a Google home device, but come on Samsung, I have Google Home on my phone.

What can pass for looking like a basic wedding band can track your health, from blood oxygenation to heart rate, even help measure stress and quality of sleep. This integrates well with the Samsung health app included in most of their branded smartphones and provides at-a-glance useful information you can have for keeping tabs on health status, habits, and exercise along with many other supportive features. Step tracking can be measured by the ring, and the collected health data shown as trends a physician can easily review during office visits. I find this less intrusive and more comfortable than smart watches and therefore gets worn more regularly and much more data collected as a result. The phone also can track where the ring is to assist with finding it should you accidentally lose it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
