Make sure you get the sizing chart first. I lucked out with buying cheaper rings that were one size off. I would probably go up half a size

The uses for the ring are great and no subscription makes the slight price difference more than worth it. It's very accurate and it's battery is last over a week for me personally (though I only work out once a day for about 30 minutes). That being said, they lose a star because they absolutely need a couple more sizes since a size "13" doesn't actually come out to be truly a size 13. It feels a little bit smaller and has made the ring a tad tight for me.
