Great functionality, mediocre fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy Ring as a replacement for my smart watch. As a person who loves mechanical watches, I had a hard time adapting to the smart watch phenomenon. I own one, appreciated the health data it collected and correlated, but did not enjoy wearing it. However, now I can enjoy the best of both worlds with the new Galaxy Ring. I use the ring to collect health data and help me maintain and improve my journey towards a healthy lifestyle while being able to enjoy my watch wearing/collecting hobby once again. The ring does a wonderful job of collecting health info and sharing it with other apps that I use to help me along my journey. It does not bother me with vibrations or beeps when I get messages or calls (that's what my phone is for) nor does is distract me during my day.
I do have some complaints though. I wish Samsung offered more sizing options than they do currently. I have large hands and fingers and can only fit this ring on my pinky finger. It would be nice if they offered some way to personalize the ring a little bit so that you could truly make it part of your fashion. Some limited or programable NFC functionality would have been nice. I also hope to see some future integration of Galaxy AI in the device as well.
On the whole, I am happy with my purchase and look forward to future interactions of the Ring as the technology progresses and improves.

I have had the ring for just over two weeks and there are some things that I love and some not so much.
I love the free health data with no subscriptions. I think they are quite accurate, but ring can overestimate steps when compared with my smart watch.
Already getting scuffs on the edges and I think it is not as durable. Expected better scratch resistance from a titanium ring.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this ring as it does exactly what was promised. I do not have to charge it for 7-8 days. Charging only rakes a couple of hrs to do I love how it tracks my sleep in the app so now i can tell how well I am sleeping. I wear it everywhere swimming and, in the shower, or doing dishes. Samsung was great when I wanted to return my black for gold without an issues. My only complaint is I wish there were a few more larger sizes like 14 and 15 as I wanted to wear this on my index finger but had to settle for ring finger.

Like the functions of the ring but DO NOT LIKE that it's made out of plastic! The outer shell scratches very easily. Would not recommend because of that feature

I hardly notice when I'm wearing it now. And it seems to do a great job tracking my sleep, skin temp and heart rate. It tracks snoring where you can hear the audio on your phone. So I get to show my husband every day how loud his snoring is!

Researched a lot of rings. This one was the best fit for me especially as I have a Samsung phone and smartwatch. Honestly I had hoped it could replace the watch but it is really more of a compliment to it. It adds the Energy Score with cardiac HRV that the watch doesn't have and several other things. I think makes the data more informative though I always take some of it as interest only not necessarily exact science. That is true I believe for most smart devices. I wish it did cardiac anomaly monitoring like the watch but it does not. It also has a much longer battery life then the watch so you never miss any data while charging the watch. Overall, a nice addition to a smartwatch, especially a Samsung.
