Only 3 stars because it doesn't replace my watch. I understand that they compliment each other. My reason for purchasing the ring is that I have a pacemaker, so keeping the watch off at night is a necessity.

The data from each can be viewed in the Samsung Health app. Your energy score includes a comprehensive analysis of your measured sleep, daily activities, and heart rate data. You can analyze and record your sleep by measuring your heart rate, blood oxygen, and skin temperature. Additionally, you can measure and record your heart rate. The ring you don't even notice it's on you. The battery lasts forever.
