Use the sizing guide, even if you think you know your size. I've had mine for a few weeks now and it lives up to the battery life claims. It appears to be accurate dispite the fact that I wear it on my pinky. (I have big hands and they don't make a Size 19 for my pointer finger.) Everything about this product has been great but I have to take it off occasionally because I got the 12 instead of the 13 because I thought I knew and wanted the product NOW!! Take the time, get the sizing kit. Get it right. It will make for a much better experiance.

I really wanted to like this ring. The functionality was great, it tracked my sleep, steps, etc flawlessly and the sizing was good. Unfortunately, I have 2 big complaints. The first is that after wearing the ring for only 3 days, the black color on the ring was starting to rub off to reveal a more grey color underneath. The second thing is that while wearing the ring the green lights that do the monitoring are incredibly visible. I found this annoying while I was trying to sleep as they were bright and kept me awake. Because of these 2 reasons, I returned the ring.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Initial review is I like it. I only have a ring and not a watch so I'm assuming the readings are correct. It gives a really good insight on sleep, and mainly snoring. Now I know when and why I snore. It helped me reduce it by understanding the patterns.

Data is okay, not as accurate as I would like. The one thing that needs to change is how it is presented on your phone in the Health app. Really hard to find what you are looking for and is almost set up for kids the way it looks.
