I love it. At first I got like a reaction but it went away. It monitors my health and my sleep really well. Highly recommended. Very resistant to water, soap, etc. I wear it 24/7. Only charge it once a week for an hour. Great buy.
I love it! I use it for mostly sleep tracking and a few other health features. The battery life is great. I wish it could do just a bit more, like notification alerts, but I understand why it doesn't.
The ring itself is great. Very lightweight but still feel durable. I've been wearing to a month and it shows no signs of wear and I wear it while washing my hands and applying hand sanitizer. I do take it off to shower. I just place it in the charging box while I'm showering. This system works well and I've only had to charge it once outside this for about an hour.
The app leaves a little to be desired. The ring does not know when you fall asleep-- it knows when you get in bed. I bought it mainly to track my sleep but I read in bed every night for about an hour before falling asleep. The ring will think I'm sleeping that whole time and I often wake up to alerts that I slept too long or went to bed too early even though I was up reading.
It also doesn't continuously track heartrate, only every 10 mins. So if you are doing some high intensity short workout, it can sometimes completely miss that.
I was also interested in it for the cycle tracking. I've only had it for about a month, but so far I'm not impressed. It says it uses your temperature to predict ovulation, but it definitely is just counting days. The temperature data is all over the place and I can't see any pattern to it to indicate different phases. Maybe this will level out over a few months, but so far this feature doesn't offer anything I could easily track myself.
I know this sounded a bit negative, but I am happy with the ring and hopeful that Samsung will make updates to the app software in the future!
Ring holds up well and seems to record almost true to actual results. There is error like any other health tracking device but with its small form factor and long battery life it gets the job done for what I want out of a health device.
Great product because you don't need to wear your watch to still get your health vital's taken. Has very little(lite) profile. I'm impressed with how much tech they put in this little ring.
battery only last a few hours and its not holding up to the claim of lasting a week i dont recommend getting the the ring..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Ring with us, Chris! Your feedback is always appreciated. The Galaxy Ring's battery can last for up to 7 days on a full charge with consecutive use. To maintain the battery life, it's recommended to store the Ring in the charging case when not in use. It takes approximately 90 minutes to fully charge the Ring using the charging case. However, for the initial charge or when the battery is completely drained, it may take at least ten minutes for the Ring to start working. Battery power may vary depending on the size of the Ring: 17mAh for sizes 5, 6, and 7 (battery life up to 6 days on a single charge), 18.5mAh for sizes 8, 9, 10, and 11 (battery life up to 6 days on a single charge), and 22.5mAh for sizes 12 and 13 (battery life up to 7 days on a single charge). Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. Since your Ring is supposed to last you for days, we'd like to gather more information to look into what could possibly be causing this. Please reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can work together to find a resolution for you.
