The (free) sizing kit helped me choose my size, the ring fits perfectly. The ring is less bulky than the Galaxy watch for sleeping, I don't even notice it is on my hand! I love the tracking features. And the battery life is amazing! Over a week before a charge is needed. Wow! What an impressive product!

The Ring looks and feels incredibly cheap. It looks like painted plastic and feels like it as well. I know it's supposed to be titanium, but it doesn't look like much at all. I might be willing to overlook that if the thing actually worked, but after several hours of wear, it managed to record my heart rate once. (Yes it's fitted properly and I'm wearing it in the right orientation.) There's no option for continuous monitoring. And the gesture feature that was so highly touted in the description doesn't exist unless you have a brand new top end folding phone. The worst part is that trying to return the Ring is an incredible pain in the butt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
