Nicely Done. I switched from Oura 3 with no regrets. It actually feel more comfortable. The charging case is nicely designed. My only complaint with all these rings is not being able to tell the battery level easily. A optional external light or haptics would help a lot. Great product for the Samsung eco system.

It will help you stay fit and active and it record's all info so if you have a doctor appointment your doctor will love this little ring . Help them see what's wrong with you .. I would buy another one if I had the extra money and I'd get my girlfriend and my parents one also .. stay up to date with there health .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using this type of technology to monitor my sleep, but it is so easy! The ring looks like a great piece of jewelry, but does so much more.
My only issue is that it needs to be snug against the finger to detect the pulse, but that makes it a challenge to get over the knuckle.
The software pairs perfectly with the new phone.

I have a watch 6 but I can't sleep in a watch and I wanted to be able to track my sleep as well. The ring is so light weight and I barely notice i have it on. I love that I can just use my watch as a watch and leave it at home if I like. Great tracking on the ring as well. I have no complaints.

have galaxy watch 7 but do not like wearing at night but adding this gets me all the overnight data and now I actually can see trends and get sleep scores which are interesting to see. very accurate. battery lasts 8 days with 18 percent left!

First smart ring

I have big hands so I'm glad the biggest (at the time) fit my ring finger! I have a galaxy watch 5 pro hooked to another Samsung phone to compare results and they were only off by a small amount meaning the ring was pretty accurate. Expect at least 5 days between charges.

Bulky in the big sizes, Weak data record

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring to maximize monitoring my health and sleep and find that it adds almost nothing. Just a little more than a HB monitor. R I ng is thick and bulky, very unfortable shaking hands. 13 was about 2mm thick. Sizing is trickey I normally wear an 11 and the 13 was the one that fit. I returned after a week of trials. It failed.
