It's very easy to use and connects to my phone.So if my phone is not next to me, my watch will keep me connected. As a busy mom, it's important to be able to get any calls or text messages about my kids.And if I have my watch on and my phone is not next to me, I'll get any notifications or calls immediately.

I like how it uses Galaxy AI to create a readiness score for me everyday based on the readings my ring gets off of me from sleeping, and exercise to name a few.
