[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Galaxy ring after testing a friend's Oura and the Galaxy wins hands down. I frequently wear it during workouts and dont notice it being on. I bought the black finish and the only scratches are on the bottom (likely from gripping dumbbells). The sleep tracking is outstanding and the energy scores typically line up to how I feel during that day. It is a huge plus that there is no subscription fee. If you are a current Samsung user, dont even consider another ring!

Love the data

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not anticipate liking the Galaxy ring as much as I do.. but it is way more functional and less intrusive than wearing a smartwatch all day/night and/or burning your phones battery to actively collect data throughout night.
Additionally the Galaxy AI tools that come with the ring, such as sleep coaching, energy score, and health insights require nothing more than just wearing the ring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring because I used my watch ultra to track my sleep, but the watch would die in the middle of the night if I forgot to charge it the day before. After getting the ring I don't have to sleep with the watch and I love that the case is also a battery/charger.

The battery life is super long and it fits really well with my everyday life. There's no confusion. No hassle, just results!
