Love this ring to help me thru my chronic illness to stay as healthy as possible. Just check your phone and it let's you know all your numbers. Keeps you accountable to yourself. Keeps a charge for days.

I am tracking my sleep and steps properly and which helped me to change my life style and even sleeping heart rate tracking is a big plus which made me quit alcohol. Overall It improved me for better.

This Ring is much better than the Oura ring

Easy health tracking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're like me and dislike the bulkiness of a smart watch while sleeping this is the device for you. I only charge it for about an hour in a week the rest it is on my hand like any ring. Good information during sleep, exercise or walks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this active ring. My favorite part is the detection of my sleep. It lets me know my sleep and how well I rested. The ring detects my heart rate for working out as well, while working with my watch.

I ordered wrong size due to swollen joints. After I almost lost it a few times I reorded proper size. Unfortunately i waited too long and couldn't get a refund.

Great idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this ring. I have some health problems and this ring has helped me to keep track. I have the watch ultra also but it's hard to sleep with it on. This ring however doesn't interrupt my sleep at all and makes keeping track of my sleep score simple and fast.
