The data from each can be viewed in the Samsung Health app. Skin temperature is typically utilized during sleep monitoring and cycle tracking. You can wear your Galaxy Ring while you sleep to measure your heart rate, blood oxygen, skin
temperature, and related patterns. The Ring can measure changes in your skin temperature while you sleep to help you make a more optimal sleeping environment. To enable this feature: 1. The ring is comfortable to wear and deliver what it was supposed to. Battery life is good and last for almost a week. Would like to see more gestures that will help make it more useful (the pinch twice is working great and I am wondering why can't Samsung add more gestures (like pinch 3 times and 4 times and enable the user to chose the functionality). My only comment on the ring design is the fact that the edges could have been tiny more rounded. All together, I am happy with the ring.
