The app has helpful insights, allowing you to make adjustments to your sleep to fine tune it for best possible results. It also shows an energy score, and of course the better you sleep, the higher your energy score the next day. It also helps me see how much exercise my body needs for optimal sleep and energy. It really helps you put all the pieces together for better overall health. I can't imagine what the next generation of Samsung Ring will be able to do, but I can't wait!
