Love the Ring

Battery degradation is a big concern though - consider getting Samsung Care+ if you do buy the gen 1 ring. Have had it replaced twice due to battery life loss

Helps for sleep patterns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Battery doesn't last on a 7 day charge after about 9 months but it does last at least 5 days which isn't bad giving the fact I have to charge both my phone and watch daily

Galaxy Ring = Happy Mama

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to add a Galaxy Ring to my Samsung ecosystem back in January as a birthday gift to myself. I already have a watch so I was hesitant but I'm so glad I went ahead with my purchase. I wear my Ring every single day and night and only wear my watch to work. My kids love messing with my watch which is sometimes annoying and my Ring is just sneaky enough they can't mess with it. No more random alarms going off from baby girl trying to play with buttons! I've recommended the Ring to everyone that's ever asked about it. It's helped me keep track of more than my watch ever has because I forget it's on most of the time. I cannot recommend the Galaxy Ring enough especially to busy moms!

Great ring with great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing the Samsung Galaxy Ring for a while now, and honestly, it is a remarkably solid piece of tech, though my personal experience wasn't totally flawless right from day one.
I will just get the biggest headache out of the way first. I actually had to go through the warranty process for my original ring because the battery was acting up. It simply refused to hold a proper charge like the specs promised. Luckily, swapping it out was not a nightmare, and the replacement unit I got back has been absolutely rock solid on battery life ever since.
Past that initial bump in the road, this little device has been genuinely fantastic. The health metrics feel very accurate, and the design is so incredibly light that I completely forget I am even wearing it half the time. It just vanishes into my daily routine, which is a huge relief compared to lugging a heavy smartwatch around on my wrist all day long. The sleep tracking is especially useful, giving me data that actually makes sense instead of just throwing random numbers at my phone screen.
It syncs up beautifully if you are already using a Samsung phone. I would definitely recommend it to anyone on the fence. Just make sure to keep a close watch on your battery drain for the first couple of days to be entirely sure you didn't get a dud straight out of the box. Once that early battery snag was fixed, it became an awesome everyday tracker. I'll choose the galaxy ring every time!
