[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i purchased the ring I was excited. Something so small and discreet that will track and monitor my health. I have a watch too and find the watch does the same plus more. I found no need to have the ring and watch.

Good for tracking the activity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use it to track my sleep in combination with the watch ultra and it does a beautiful job. I can see how many hours I was awake, slept, including the deep, light and REM. Which is a useful info if you are trying to take care of yourself.
