Good ring for health. Just a bit wonder when there a lot of people has problem with the battery after a while. My test ring (user trial) also has the same situation. Battery when bad after around 8 months used, cannot hold the charge, then keep disconnecting with phone, finally never change again. Hopefully this one will last longer.
I have had this device for a year now, and I must say, the battery life is absolutely terrible. It barely lasts through the day, which is incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the step count is consistently inaccurate, making it nearly impossible to trust the data. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the performance of this device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there JayAllDay, Thanks for providing us with detailed feedback regarding your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Your constructive feedback allows us to make improvements on our device functionality and performance. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. When it comes to your step count, please ensure that your Galaxy Ring and the Samsung Health app have the latest software updates, submit an error report for what you may be experiencing, and wear it on your non-dominant hand to avoid false counts from daily activities. Please feel free to review the resources shared below to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your device. Let us know if you have any questions for us after reviewing the resources shared by reaching out to Samsung Support at your leisure. Thanks for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its an best ring i have tried it. No nonsense subscription required, application is very clean and pretty accurate, i hope Samsung will add more features with galaxy ai soon. To make more out of ring.battery life is very good better then ultra human or oura
I've been wearing the ring for a few weeks now and mostly forget that it's even on my finger. It is very lightweight and comfortable. I initially had it on my middle finger but moved it to the pointer finger as it's easier to get on and off in my case. Hopefully future versions can add more utilities like blood pressure monitoring. Nice to have everything in the same ecosystem although I do also use the Hume band simultaneously and would like to see better integration.
It's a great product when it works but after about an year and a half of owning this ring, it does not hold a charge. From a full charge, I will sleep for 7 hours and wake up to approximately just under 30% battery on a good day. I was excited for the next iteration after purchasing but will probably just look into other options after the ring fully stops holding a charge.
