Lightweight, comfortable, sleek, ease of integration within samsung ecosystem and health app. Inaccurate o2 readings during sleep, battery doesn't last long as advertised, the case lost charging ability less than a year of use, and finally the ring lost ability to hold charge and stopped working entirely, sadly just a few weeks after warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ring it does everything as advertised what's not told is after a few months it malfunctions the programming stops communication between the watch and the charging port now the suggested solution is to set there and keep putting the ring in and out of the charging port for the charger to get a real reading of battery life that works for about a day or two then the charger just super charge the ring never fully charging the ring very disappointed

Wonderful Ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this particular ring after reviewing other rings on the market. It is far better than some of the others. The price is better then some of the other rings on the market. It keeps track of both my sleep habits and my walking and other movements.
The sleep monitoring helps with both the amount of sleep I am getting, heart rate, and oxygen levels. This was one of the reasons for this purchase as I have been in and out of the hospital several times due to low oxygen issues. This helps me stay calmer knowing my levels.
Then there is the exercise and walking monitoring. It helps to keep me on track for my diet and exercise. Monitoring my steps and other exercises that I do daily.
Thank you Samsung for such a great product.

It does everything counts my steps, heart rate and even my cycle. Had a little mishap in the beginning but Samsung was on it and took great care of me. Light weght and comfort to wear great for this busy mom. Love my ring
