Aloha GEC929, Thanks for taking the opportunity to share your thoughts with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. We value your candor as we continue to make improvements on the durability and functionality of our product line. The Galaxy Ring has been designed to be durable, with its titanium casing providing a strong and resilient build that can withstand daily wear and tear. While its titanium build is scratch-resistant, minor scratches can still occur, especially on the black finish, though the concave design is intended to minimize this. The ring is also water resistant and suitable for activities like showering and swimming. Feel free to review the resources shared below to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your Galaxy Ring. If you would like further assistance afterward or if you would like any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Samsung Support. Thanks for being a devoted Samsung customer. - Debra

I was very excited to receive my galaxy ring but must admit to being disappointed. It does a fair job monitoring my sleep but lacking in monitoring everything else. I hate that I have to reinstate my workouts through the app even after stopping for just a few seconds. The ring needs recharging far more frequently than advertised.

I'm very impressed with the ring and all the features. I have been a Samsung user for years and love everything they do, but this ring is different. I got the ring after I got my Ringcon ring which is now where as good as this ring
This product has a light on it that will be blinking at you ALL NIGHT, I've owned this product for a week as a Christmas gift and of course cannot return it otherwise it would be gone. I've woken up in the middle of the night from this ring blinking its light at me every night since I've owned it, do not buy if you enjoy sleep
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good day Nick, Thank you for taking the time to share your sentiments with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. The red and green LEDs are active sensors for blood oxygen and heart rate, which are crucial for detailed sleep analysis and energy scores. You can reduce the light intensity or temporarily disable specific measurements like blood oxygen in the Galaxy Wearable app to make them less bright and save some battery, though they typically turn off shortly after you take the ring off in the morning and sync. Feel free to check out the resources linked to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your device. If you would like further assistance afterward, do not hesitate to reach out to Samsung Support. Thanks for being a loyal Samsung customer. - Debra

The battery life is great I wore it 8 days before first charge and still had 20%. It monitors the basic health features but hopefully a software update will make it take place of all the galaxy watch ultra monitory features. It's a great all around product I have had no issues with it.
Don't buy: you'll have to replace it within a year

The long-story-short is, do not buy this ring, because it has one fatal flaw that renders it useless: battery life. I've had it for a little more than a year now, and for the first, say, 9 months, I loved this thing. It was comfortable, accurate, useful, durable. The app was excellent. But after a year... the battery capacity kept going down, down, down. Then it fell off a cliff. Now, after about 15 months, the ring doesn't hold a charge for more than a few hours. If I charge it before bed it's dead before I wake up. If you're willing to get a new ring each year, by all means order this. Otherwise, don't waste your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The ring dies within a few months. The battery now only lasts about 5 hours. Do not buy this product until they can figure out the issues with the battery.
