Good day Shekita, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. We appreciate your candor as we continue to improve the functionality and performance of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. Please take a moment to check out the resources provided below to help resolve what you've described to be experiencing with your battery life. If you would like any further assistance afterward or if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Samsung Support. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra

I have had an Ultra Watch for almost a year and I could not get myself to sleep with it on. The ring lasts long enough and is not a bother. I can finally get good sleep tracking and daily stats to look at. Now I can wear a normal watch, will buy again, hopefully they come out with better/more color options.
Product battery life has deteriorated significantly. Advertised as 6 days but down to less than 1 day which defeats the purpose of sleep tracking. The degradation started within the warranty period but my wife did not inform me of the issue until recently and we are 14 months in so 2 months out of the warranty period. Expect to have to purchase this on a yearly basis based on this experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like it very much. It has a decent battery life, and the sleep feedback is helpful. The UI for metrics could be simplified. Samsung Health integration is a mess. The double pinch for taking pictures or turning off the clock sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. You have to do it very hard to make it work, which kind of ruins the purpose of convenience.
I had a great experience at first, but after a few months, the battery life tanked to less than 6 hours. I got it fixed under warranty, but 9 months later, the same problems started again. Now the battery is low, it won't stay connected to my phone, and the LEDs are dead—it only works while it's in the case. Since it's no longer under warranty, I have to pay for the repair myself. As an early buyer, I expected much more involvement and support from Samsung, but I don't feel backed by the brand at all. It hasn't lasted anytime, and frankly, I feel scammed. For such an expensive device, it's extremely delicate. I even took it off to wash my hands just to be safe, but it still broke. Honestly, it's expensive junk and I strongly do not recommend it.

The ring is cool and all, and worked great for 10 months. Then it was like hitting a wall. The battery went from lasting 4-5 days, to lasting about 20 hours on a full charge if I'm lucky. For that much money, I feel ripped off. For example, yesterday I fully charged my ring and put it on around 12pm, and it died at 4:19 AM.
