Awesome Galaxy Ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy ring because it is engineered by Samsung and I have good experiences with numerous Samsung products including refrigerators, TVs, DVDs, washing machine, phones and tablets. Another key feature is no subscription needed to access all ring functions. I primarily use the sleep and step functions. I find the sleep information very informative. Highly recommend and will purchase again should the need arise.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this ring because there's no subscription fee. It is stylish and has great battery life. The ring has a few scratches on it already so that's unfortunate. Overall I would recommend it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the samsung ring because everything else I have is samsung. Unfortunately I work nightshift and never the same nights so it doesnt track my sleep like I expected and wanted it to. But I still use it ans hope for better updates in the future.

Hey Carebear88, Thanks for sharing your candor with us regarding your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. The Galaxy Ring is able to auto-detect and track sleep during the day or night without a strict schedule, however, Samsung Health is optimized for traditional nighttime sleep and may require manual adjustments for irregular shift work. The Galaxy Ring uses heart rate, movement, and skin temperature to sense when you fall asleep, regardless of the hour. If Samsung Health fails to log a daytime sleep session or misidentifies rest as awake time, you can manually add or correct your sleep records in the app. The app may prompt you during irregular patterns to confirm if you were asleep during uncharacteristic hours. Feel free to review the resources shared below. Let us know afterward if you would like further assistance by reaching out to Samsung Support. Thank you for being a steadfast Samsung customer. - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I chose the samsung galaxy ring I was perusing multiple devices; this included the oura ring and the ultra human ring. I ended up buying the ultrahuman ring at first but after 1½ of daily heavy use it fully stopped working. As such I went back to square one choosing a ring. I workout daily and work with small children that tend to be fairly rough; therefore my device needed to be able to sustain heavy use. I disliked the oura ring as it forced me to pay a subscription for a device I had already bought therefore I decided on giving the galaxy ring a try. Due to the fiasco I had with my Ultrahuman ring I expected the galaxy ring to also break but it has been going on for a year now with 0 issues. I wear it all the time including swimming laps on my pool and it's in perfect condition minus a few minor scratches due to putting it through the ringer. I have sensory issues and the ring is not bothersome at all which truly helps me keep it on as I use it for body data. I've recommended the galaxy ring to my mom who has a similar issue and she also loves it. Overall it has been a 10/10 experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Ring for the health and connectivity features it advertised, and while I love the features it has in terms of monitering my health and also acting as a gesture device (taking pictures using my ring as a shutter) the battery life after a year kinda went through the floor. Last time I wore the ring it wouldn't last a full day even on a full charge. Now I only wear the ring when doi g photo shoots.

Hey there TheRiverBed, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Your thoughts provide valuable insights that will assist us with improving our product line to better align with the needs of our customer base. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer Samsung Care+ which is similar to an extended warranty and an insurance package combined. It can provide protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It could cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ truly offers you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment. Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with any repair needs you may have. We understand how frustrated you may feel to have a device that may not be performing up to expectations. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring is able to last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. If you would like further assistance after reviewing the resources provided below, please feel free to reach out to Samsung Support at your leisure. Thank you for being a loyal Samsung customer. - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the galaxy ring for it's battery life, ease of use, and aesthetics. It's perfect for sleep tracking when you don't want to wear your watch, and it pairs well when used with the watch for tracking everything else.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart ring. I chose Galaxy ring for its integration with S Health. It works ok. However, the battery will die after 10 months. I was able to obtain a replacement from the retail store. So this is my second ring now.
