For the initial one year the ring was performing okay. But after one year it starts working abnormally. Charges from 0 to 100% with mins and discharges to 0% in the same way. Not scratch resistant. Disconnects from phone due to charging issue. Leaves stress marks on the finger.

Howdy Krishna , Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. We appreciate your candor as we continue to improve the performance and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer Samsung Care+ which is similar to an extended warranty and an insurance package combined. It can provide protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It could cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ truly offers you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment. Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with any repair needs you may have. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. We understand how frustrating it may be to not have your device looking as pristine as it was during your unboxing. Here's a few precautions: Prevent the ring from being exposed to dust, sweat, ink, oil, and chemical products such as cosmetics, antibacterial sprays, hand cleaners, detergents, and insecticides. The ring’s exterior and interior may become damaged, which may result in poor performance. If the ring is exposed to any of these substances, clean it using a soft, lint-free cloth. Never use external heat sources, ultrasonic waves, soap, cleaning agents, abrasive materials, or compressed air to clean the ring. Doing so may damage the ring. Feel free to check out, "Keep your Galaxy Ring clean" if you would like to learn more. If you would like further assistance after reviewing the resources provided below, please let us know by reaching out to Samsung Support at your earliest convenience. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra

The ring does exactly what I had hoped for when I purchased it. I used it to track my health, especially my sleep. In tracking my sleep, I find I use the hints to modify my habits to produce more useful sleep and find my overall energy and ability to concentrate has improved. I also keep an eye on my heart rate and stress level.
I bought this ring a year ago, and the battery drains in less than a day. It is an expensive product of very poor quality. I can barely use my ring anymore. Be wary of this product; I would not recommend it.

From what I've seen online you do not want the ring to completely die or be charged to 100% all the time or else the battery will not last after 6months to a year. So try 20%-90%
Absolute garbage. The battery died after just a few months of use. Sleep tracking is a joke—it stops recording the second you move in the morning and won't capture any sleep if you go back to bed. You can't manually update it to fix the errors. The only good thing is that there’s no subscription, but that's because the product doesn't work long enough to justify one. Avoid at all costs.

While the Galaxy Ring is a neat concept when it’s actually functioning, the long-term ownership experience has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve gone through two of these now, and the hardware simply doesn’t seem built to last. The Issues: Poor Battery Lifespan: My biggest grievance is the battery reliability. My first ring failed within the first year. The replacement fared even worse, failing almost exactly one month after the warranty expired. It seems there is a consistent issue where the battery gives out around the 15-month mark—a sentiment I’ve seen echoed in numerous forums and user complaints. Build Quality: For the price point, the ring feels surprisingly cheap. The initial "cool factor" of the data wears off quickly, and after about three months, I found myself stopped checking the app entirely because the insights didn't feel worth the hassle. Value for Money: Between the hardware failing twice and the lackluster build, I cannot recommend this. It feels like an expensive prototype rather than a polished, durable wearable. Bottom Line: Unless you’re comfortable replacing your tech every year, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. The battery issues alone make this a poor investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how the ring works with both of my watches and s25 ultra. The Galaxy AI on my phone really helps keep things running smoothly
