Pretty good, not as much as I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new rings are nice and do have benefits such as better biometric reading during sleep. I wasn't blown away with it though. I do not get information for what readings come from my watch vs my ring. When I charge my watch my ring doesn't seem to "pick up" on the lack of watch readings so I end up with gaps, which I didn't expect. I expected them to kind of communicate together as that is how it was advertised, that they would work together to prolong battery life and make readings seamlessly.
Overall, it is nice, just not as good as the advertising made it seem..

Amazingly Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just started to get back to a healthy weight after gaining 40 pounds post Army. The health insights that this ring offers along with the Galaxy AI used by the Samsung Health app helps paint a clearer picture of my health. The sleep tracking and energy score is pretty spot on. I find myself yawning more and drinking more caffeine when my score is lower. I know this is only day 5 of having this ring but it has already changed my sleep habits much like the watch has motivated me to get up for a walk or get to the gym.

Had Oura and Ring Conn. This is by far the best ring with no subscription fees and chargeable case. Works well with my Samsung phone and watch unlike the other rings. Hope Samsung sticks with the smartring.

The integration with Samsung Health is really informative and useful and it's excellent for sleep tracking.
It's easy to wear to sleep, I don't like wearing watches but I want to monitor my sleep patterns.
This is a bold new direction for Samsung and it matches the ecosystem perfectly.

I haven't been able to find the ideal one. With the help of Galaxy AI, I feel like I truly found the one. I purchased my Galaxy ring and It's convenient as I work in a fast-paced environment and it's not in the way when I'm working or even when I sleep. I really recommend the Galaxy ring.
