A Ring with Potential

In recording health I love the added improvement to clarity with working together with my Galaxy watch 8 classic. It feels ever more accurate with data recording.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've reached the age where I don't put a price on my health, but when one parts with the extra coppers required to secure the organic, forever chemical free, non-plastic... you get the point... options, you are comforted to track your health and see your decisions transfer to improved health over time. My trusted Samsung watch covers a wide swatch of things but that also seems to mean it requires the same rest it constantly badgers me to seek. Cue my Samsung ring.
During the short window when my watch charges I would like to still be able to track my pulse, steps and body temperature. This is my holy trinity and my ring delivers one. If it is only to be a high end mood ring, then shouldn't the faint sensor light detected from the sides glow red, yellow and green to remind me to breathe when my watch can't?
The battery life is solid (as it is mostly in standby mode when I'm wearing my watch), the construction doesn't feel cheap, it handles my constant hand washing without issue and it picks up the gestures without issue (though this is my least used feature).
I'm in a good place in life with the world at my finger tips... but now I'd like a little bit more from my finger accessories.

Easy way to track fitness goals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing the Galaxy Ring for a few weeks now, and I'm genuinely impressed by how much tech they squeezed into something so low-profile. If you're like me and find wearing a watch to bed a bit bulky, this is the perfect solution. It's so light (only about 3 grams) that I actually forget I'm wearing it half the time.
The real standout for me is how Galaxy Al handles all the data it collects. Instead of just dumping a bunch of confusing heart rate and sleep graphs on you, it uses the Al to generate an "Energy Score" every morning. It feels way more intuitive-it actually tells you if you should push yourself during a workout or if you're better off taking a rest day based on how you slept.

Not worth it

Less than a year later and a full charge lasts less than a few hours. I will fully charge it before bed (11pm) and by 5 am it is dead.
