Great combination the Samsung ring and Galaxy AI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy AI features combined with the Samsung ring provide me a great experience, opportunity to monitor my blood pressure improving my wellness during the work and physical activities with great precision.
I've been using it for about three weeks now. It is a little chunky compared to a normal ring, so it is taking me some time to get used to it, but it isn't uncomfortable. It tracks my sleep very well (it even records your snores), stress level and "energy" (this is just a score based on your activities level, sleep quality, pulse, etc.).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved it for about 8 months then it went south... Battery went from lasting a week to less than 24 hours, which is very disappointing. I'm hoping micro battery technology improves soon. Cost to repair is too expensive, you're better off just buying a new one. If Samsung can keep the price point low, having to buy a new one every year isn't terrible, but could definitely be improved

Howdy Myachingbattery, Thanks for reaching out to us to share your thoughts about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Your constructive insights allow us to continue making improvements on our product line to align with the needs of our customers. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer Samsung Care+ which is similar to an extended warranty and an insurance package combined. It can provide protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It could cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ truly offers you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment. Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with any repair needs you may have. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. If you would like to share any other feedback with us or if you would like further assistance after checking out the resources shared below, please feel free to reach out to Samsung Support at your earliest convenience. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra

So I love the ring itself and its features but the problem I have that I'm trying to work through is the battery life. It started off great but now it barely holds a charge for 4 hours 5 hours and then it's dead even though I'm charging it constantly. I'm not getting the full benefit of wearing on my finger all the time because I have to charge it like every 4 hours. I like the connectivity with my Galaxy phone and the features that it has but I really really would wish that it had a better battery life and I think I've already passed my 1-year warranty so now I don't know what to do. I'm seriously contemplating getting Oura ring now. I love Samsung and the Galaxy items but I'm really disappointed in that battery life on the ring. I wish I could trade my Galaxy ring to get an updated version with a better battery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm on my second ring and both times the battery ends up lasting less than 24hrs. I've had this one about 6 months and I follow the recommended charging instructions

Howdy CCSmith, Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Ring. We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer Samsung Care+, available to eligible devices, that would offer the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment. When it comes to charging your Galaxy Ring, you have three options: USB-C charging, charging wirelessly, and charging with Wireless PowerShare. Each of these methods requires using the Galaxy Ring case that came with your ring. Each ring's case is specific to its ring. The Galaxy Ring should be fully charged before using it for the first time. If the battery is completely drained, it may need to be charged for at least ten minutes before it can be used. No matter which charging method you use, you must charge the Galaxy Ring in the case that came with it. Please take a moment to review, "How to charge the Galaxy Ring" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your Galaxy Ring battery. With the Galaxy Ring, you're able to slip your device on and forget it with a seven-day charge that won’t slow you down. Combined with a full cradle charge, you can use Galaxy Ring for up to 14 days without plugging into an outlet. Please feel free to review, "Galaxy Ring won't charge" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device. If you have any questions for us after reviewing the resources provided or if you would like any further assistance, do not hesitate to reach out to Samsung Support at your leisure. My ring lasted less than one year. Expensive and not worth it.
