The battery life is excellent, it’s lightweight, comfortable to wear all day, and the health tracking feels very accurate.
What really stands out is the integration with Galaxy AI. The energy score and wellness insights actually help me understand how my sleep, stress, and activity affect my day. Some mornings it reminds me to slow down and recover, and other days it motivates me to stay active. It feels less like a gadget and more like a personal wellness assistant.
I also love that it tracks everything quietly in the background without constantly distracting me with notifications. For someone with a busy schedule, especially in healthcare, that simplicity makes a big difference. Definitely one of the most useful wearable devices I’ve owned.

Beware of the rings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of the worst purchases I made. The ring stopped charging and when I tried to do a warranty claim, they gave me the runaround. As I started looking into the issue I was experiencing, it's a known issue with ring that samsung is very much aware of.

Battery needs work...

The batters life was great at first. Now I have to charge it every other day. The app gives animals to track progress but I only get the same 2. I had to send it back once already for a replacement due to the battery. May have to send it back again. I sent it back last July due to the problem and I got a new ring to only have the same problem less than a year later.
