Ring itself (compared to the Oura which my wife has), it's perfect. Where it has a lot of room to grow it's on the app itself. The wearable app and the health app from Samsung it's not smooth at all. For the night data to get synced, you got to open first the health app and then go to the wereable app so that it can be recorded. Also, the data, even though it is priceless, the way the app presents it is not engaging at all. I don't really want to spend time in the app looking through the data. Compared to the Oura app design Samsung has a lot of opportunities. Thanks for all the hard work.

I bought this ring as i don't want too go again in smart watch as i am a traditional analog watch wear. This ring helped me a lot towards my sleep and fitness. The energy score is just awesome. And look good as an accessory on hand. It does not feel like i am wearing it. It tracks sleep better than watch.

Not worth it for this price. Steps doesn't count properly. My average steps in a day 5k, the ring will count like 12k steps.

The new Galaxy Ring accessory is the best way to keep track of your daily wellness! Compact and lightweight, with a timeless design that will complement any outfit, the Galaxy Ring is easy to wear and consistently measures your health data, all on its own. Certain features, like step counting, may not work properly if you're holding a magnet or a magnetic object in the hand wearing the ring. Make sure your finger and ring are clean and dry before wearing the ring. If this persists, we recommend submitting an error report regarding this. This can be done through the Samsung Members app or by using the desired app on your device. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet. Tap Menu. This may appear as a circle in the bottom center of the screen or three horizontal lines on the left side. Tap More in the upper right. This looks like three vertical dots. Tap Settings, and then tap Contact us at the bottom. Tap Error reports under Send feedback. From the list, select the wearable device(s) you are having issues with to gather the data, and then tap Next. Make sure Send system log data is checked, and then fill out the other required fields. If you wish to include an additional attachment, you can tap the Attach icon which looks like a paper clip in the upper right corner. You can add a photo, screenshot, or voice recording. When you're ready, tap the send arrow in the upper right corner. Also, make sure to keep your ring up to date. Flaw in sleep monitoring

This ring has many great features but unfortunately the bugs in the sleep monitoring have not been worked out. The lights on the ring stay lit all night long despite completely resetting the ring. This is not how the ring is supposed to function. It worked correctly for the first 2 weeks then stopped working. This seriously drains the battery and keeps me awake at night.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
