Great concept but more can be done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy ring is very minimalist which i love although it lacks the heft of a traditional ring. From afar or gets the job done though. My main gripe is that it does not use the tap function for more things. Dismissing alarms and taking pictures is fine but answering phone calls or skipping songs feels like a missed opportunity.

Battery life is great, look and feel is perfect, the charging case is a work of art and tech, and the metrics coming from the device are reliable and allow me not to have to rely on the watch all the time. Highly recommended, particularly because it doesn't have a subscription charge.

I bought one in November 2024 before a major surgery to monitor my levels O2, hr, and such. First thing is the charging case is clear and it looks great. It has wireless charging.which is a plus. I found the ring very useful and it does more than I expected it would. I do recommend a silicone cover. I also recommend making sure on your ring size and be flexable what finger you want it on. It is best to wear it all night/day. One issue I notice is the size on mine is a 10, but it seems to be a tad smaller. If I had to go over, I would buy it again.
