I wish it support more work outs tracking, and show the workout details in the app while on the workout. I can see the workout details only after the workout is complete.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung ring is a great alternative health tracker compared to the galaxy watches.
I can't tell you how many times I've woken up with a watch imprint on my face. The ring being so much more compact and unobtrusive means that you can sleep comfortably with it on.
The automatic sleep tracking is great and does a great job of estimating your sleep times with the Samsung app. It's even caught my dozing off when I take a nap in my chair.
The battery life is amazing and while wearing it 24/7 I only need to charge it about every 5 days when it starts to get low.
The finish on it is great and from what I can tell very scratch resistant. I usually end up grazing my hand on door frames fairly often and so far I haven't gotten a scratch on the ring thanks to it's concave design.
The Samsung ring has enormously assisted me monitor health aspects I have taken for granted. The ring has kept a close watch on my sleep and stress levels. Together with my Samsung Ultra phone, it is a perfect combination to keep you healthy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from my Oura ring to the Samsung one, and wow! It's sleek, easy to use, and the features are awesome. The battery lasts a crazy seven days, and the best part? I can use it as a remote for my S25 Ultra camera. Even my doctor was blown away by all the health data it tracks. Samsung, great job!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring to see how it does with sleep tracking along with other health items. I know I would never wear my watch to sleep on purpose so I was hoping this would be a great substitute. I would give it 5 stars if the ring could track without the need of the phone needing to be near to track things like steps.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that i can customize my ring. Easy pairing to my phone. Easy to navigate to get started and use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the phone, watch and now the ring. I enjoy the seamless connection of all 3 in tracking my steps, keeping tabs on my vitals. I like that now I can include movements from showering, washing my hair and getting dressed in my step/movements. At my age I need this type of tracking. The ring is comfortable, except when walking with mu trekking poles. It is on my pointer and it rubs/pinches right at the joint. I think if I wear gloves it might not annoy me as much. That is the only negative thing about the ring and that was generic. Oh wait one more, the battery level does not show on the watch with my phone and buds. I have to open the wearable app to see if I should charge it.😶 I have suggested to others to get the ring as it is helpful especially for tracking sleep, heart rate and steps when getting dressed while the watch is charging and staying dry😉. This world is crazy and for the cost of just the equipment these are great tools to have. No annual subscription, yeah!😄
