Great tracker that doesn't add to electronic distractions; no beeps, buzzes, or alarms. The only negative is that I wasn't expecting the LIGHTS! In the dark, and particularly if I move while sleeping, the red and green lights are VERY flashy and bright enough to use as a small flashlight!
I would recommend this to a friend!

One important benefit I got from Samsung Ring is sleep monitoring which resulted me to increase my sleep and now my energy score also increased from mid 70s to 90s.
Overall you will get Style, Elegance with health tracking benefits. So win-win situation.

Didnt realize that a Galaxy watch turns off the ring. Assumption is watch is already moitoring, so ring only active when not wearing watch. Couldnt see a reason to pay for ring, so returned it.
