Sleek and lightweight. Much better than wearing watch to bed to monitor sleep. I get about 6 days of battery life and it charges very quickly. Price tag still a little hefty but did get a trade in deal.I would recommend.

The Galaxy Ring weighs 2.3 - 3.2 grams, depending on size, and is 2.6mm thick with a width of 7mm. Your Galaxy Ring and Watch Ultra can be a powerhouse combination when it comes to comprehensive health tracking, offering continuous monitoring, extended battery life for the ring, and the ability to charge one device while wearing the other. I transitioned from a Garmin Venue Series watch to the Galaxy Ring and overall, gained a great deal of value. To be sure, I lost the ability to easily visualize my Body Battery progress throughout the day and night as well as automated inclusion of my nap data for sleeping. I also lost the straight-forward cardiac intensity minute tracking for exercise. However, from the Galaxy Ring, I gained a large amount of detailed data underlying those measurements which enables a much more nuanced interpretation of what is going on. With the Garmin product, I went through a large series of gradual improvements from the original software. With the Galaxy product, I received this large amount of information on the first release. Great job Samsung!
