Absolute garbage. Died on me in less than two weeks for no reason. Wore it in a safe environment doing office work and relaxing/sleeping, but it won't even charge or wake up now.

This ring is so easy to wear. I love how light it feels or shall I say, can't feel? This ring is so accurate. I compared all tests with my physician, and it was surreal how spot on the numbers are!!!

Its much better than wearing watch to bed to monitor sleep. I get about 6 days of battery life and it charges very quickly , if the sensor lights on your Galaxy Ring are too bright, you can adjust them or turn them off in the Galaxy Wearable app.,, u had to choose the size that fits your finger
