Good start to track sleep and other work outs, but it doesn't seem to track when your phone is not with you when you walk or run. This would have been useful if it can track your locoation and steps without your phone andnjust syncs when its within range again. Other than that, it just basically duplicates what your watch already does
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Galaxy Ring needs to be relatively close to your paired smartphone to function properly, especially for Bluetooth connectivity and data syncing. The ring can track data on its own, but it relies on a Bluetooth connection to sync with the Galaxy Wearable app for detailed data and features.
