[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy ring has been amazing for me in the last few months. I really wanted something to monitor my sleep which I would not feel wearing. Ring was the obvious and easy choice. So far I been happy with the battery life and the sleep detection. The only complaint is the durability. My ring has scratches already. But it is the first gen so hopefully that gets better and better.

This is my first smart ring, it's way better than wearing a watch while sleeping and the sleep score seems pretty accurate. The stepcount is also pretty accurate. I like that I don't have to pay a subscription fee too.

Easy to wear. Very adaptable to what I'm doing. I did not see that it tracked very well on the treadmill being I'm holding the handles, missing a lot of steps. Besides that, I love it! I adapted by wearing my watch when I tread.
