Excellent Ring. You get used to it easily. The sizing is strange but I consider that a minimum inconvience because of the sizing kit they give you. I use mine to track my sleep and its so helpful since I dont want to wear my watch for sleeping or when I dont feel like wearing it overall. So far for water reistance. It has survived showers, washing my hands, and washing my face. Still works just fine and I am happy with that. Highly recommend this.
The ring is cool and all. But if you have the watch, it's just too much during the day. As for sleeping, it's perfect. It does what it is suppose to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Things happen. I do recommend using the sizing kit for at least a month. Works great with the s24 and Ultra 7 watch. On to how I found it. Went to bed woke up early in the middle of the night. Found the piercing dots. Question to Samsung. What is the color of the metal? Is it all the way through?
I bought a size 12 gold one back around December as a gift to myself. At first it was nearly perfect; it would track my sleep 9/10 nights, tracked my steps, heart rate, and stress all pretty accurately. Sadly, after a couple months, it spontaneously stopped tracking sleep. I tried everything, rebooting the ring, factory resetting it, even contacting Samsung, and nothing worked. It will not track sleep anymore. That is a huge shame cause its one of the main reasons I bought it. Everything else works fine still, but losing sleep tracking is a big loss so I subtract 2 points for that. The fact it can't track sleep apnea is also a big minus. The last issue is that the ring is quite bulky. It took a while to get used to wearing cause its not just something you put on and forget its there, you can feel it. If you close your fingers too tight for example, it presses into the fingers on either side. It's a shame its not lower profile for better comfort.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Ring for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. What stands out most is the battery life—I easily get a full week or more on a single charge, which is incredible for something this small and capable. I never feel like I’m constantly tethered to a charger, and topping it up only takes about 30 minutes.
As for features, the Galaxy Ring tracks sleep, heart rate, stress levels, and activity with solid accuracy. I wear it 24/7—it’s light, comfortable, and looks sleek enough to blend with any style. The sleep tracking in particular feels more detailed and consistent than what I’ve gotten from wrist-based trackers.
The integration with Samsung Health is seamless. I get all my metrics in one place, and syncing between the Ring and my Galaxy S25 Ultra is instant and reliable. It also handles inactivity alerts and recovery insights without being annoying.
If you’re already using Galaxy devices and want a health tracker that doesn’t feel like another gadget strapped to your body, the Galaxy Ring is a great pick. Minimal design, maximum function, and amazing battery life.
