We got this as a result of a very simple warranty replacement. The wife uses it for work and said that it works better then the lesser version of this headset.

Superior audio quality and comfort

I work remotely and bought the Jbuds Work just to use with MS Teams. I now hear all conversations clearly and my coworkers are pleased with the microphone quality.
I didn't like the work supplied, USB headset that kept me tethered to the laptop.
I also own Studio Pro Wireless so I appreciate JLab quality.

Great headset for video calls and phone calls!

I've had this headset for over a year and LOVE IT! I can put them on to jump into a video call then 10 minutes later make a call from my cell phone thanks to the dual Bluetooth connectivity! Very comfortable, and I only chs them once a week. The only improvement I could ask is that they folded up for easier travel, but that's just a wish, not a complaint :) I rarely have a connection issue, but not certain that's due to the headphones or my computer.

Not sure about the quality

I bought this two weeks ago. They're very comfortable and the charge lasts nearly two weeks of working full time. My issue is I'm getting a few people saying they can't hear me like I'm far away. The mic is definitely connected to my computer. Hoping those people just have bad service. Also the dual mic noise cancelation doesn't really help for the person I'm talking to to not hear things going on in the room. I don't care if I can hear stuff in the room I want them to not know I'm cooking food while working.
So aside from the not great noise cancelling they're good.

Comfortable, good mic, but no JLABS sound app supp

Purchased in December 2022 and find the headphones comfortable, with decent quality sound for multi-use purposes. It would be added value and another star if it could connect with the JLABS Sound App.

Almost Amazing but still solid.

I have to say after using a set of these headsets for a little over two years I can say they are really good but there are some things holding it back from being truly fantastic. The first thing I want to say is that the connection on my pair has been great, but for a while it seems to have connection issues with Teams. I have tried to use them wirelessly via Bluetooth on my laptop but at one point they were constantly disconnecting within 5 minutes of the meeting. Which is odd as when they connected to my laptop and I'm just listening to music or use them on my phone (also on Bluetooth) they do not disconnect. I wish Jlab would offer a version of these with a 2.4Ghz dongle for a more stable connection (I'd be willing to pay the extra for something like this). Initially the headphones were kind of tight and the cushions could use a little extra padding, but after breaking them in I did find them to be comfortable. Other then I do like how they sound and while the boom mic isn't the best, it is really solid for calls. These are almost the perfect office / WFH headset but they're just not all the way there.
